When you use the forms on this site, we collect the information you choose to share with us: your name, email address, and — depending on the form — your company, a link to your LinkedIn profile or portfolio, and the contents of your message or application.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
We use contact-form submissions to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about Feedloop products and services. We use job applications to evaluate your candidacy and to contact you about roles that may fit. We do not sell your personal information.
Submissions are stored in systems operated by Feedloop, with access restricted to the teams that need it to respond to you. We apply the same security practices we bring to our enterprise work — including access control, data-handling controls, and auditability. Feedloop maintains ISO 27001 (information security management) and ISO 9001 (quality management) certifications.
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business records. We keep job applications for up to one year so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
