Feedloop started in 2019 with a simple observation: enterprises don't lack data — they lack connected intelligence. Information sits scattered across news and social streams, documents, CRM records, and operational systems, and the picture only comes together in slide decks, weeks too late.
We began by helping Indonesian enterprises modernize customer experience and automate the work around their data. That work taught us what regulated organizations actually need from AI: locally hosted deployment, governance, auditability, and answers that trace back to their sources. It also led us to build FL1, one of the first Indonesian-language large language models.
Today Feedloop builds one intelligence layer for signals, customers, knowledge, and decisions — Velosight for narrative intelligence, Unison for customer intelligence, and Atlas for AI-ready knowledge graphs, with domain knowledge bodies for legal, medical, and public-sector work. More than 60 enterprises across ASEAN run on it, from banks and hospitals to ministries and telcos.
